Big River Zen Practice Group

Big River Zen Practice Group was founded in September 2007 by two longtime students in the Kwan Um School of Zen to create a home for Kwan Um School style of practice in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area.  It holds practice twice a week on Weds and Suns, and most months there is a six-hour extended sit on a Sunday.  We are happy to host our first teacher-led weekend retreats (“Yong Maeng Jong Jin”) this spring 2009 in March and June.
